About the Hackathon

Every year since 2018, Business Meets Tech hosts an annual hackathon with the mission to connect tech and business students with each other as well as with companies at the WHU Campus in Vallendar!
By reviewing the CVs of our ambitious participants from the top universities of europe, we create a thrilling experience for networking with other unique students and exciting companies.

In 2022 Microsoft was our main partner and provided the challenge and the technical infrastructure for the participants to upload and present their unique solutions to the issue.
In 2023 we were happy to have MHL, Junction, Check24, Crossbuilders and Sipgate as partners that made the biggest Ideahack! ever possible.

About Us
Business Meets Tech is a student-led initiative from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, which was founded in 2018 with the mission of connecting business and technical students from across Europe.
Since then the initiative has hosted several Hackathons, each of them with new and exciting challenges for the participants. Over the years reputable sponsors have contributed to our mission, including Uber, Enpal, and Microsoft.
