WHU's Hackathon IDEAHACK 2022 is about to take place !

From October 6-7, 2022, we, BMT - "Business meets Tech" at WHU - Germany's #1 Business School, will host our Hackathon.
In a 24-hour hackathon, you will face challenges from our main sponsor Microsoft. In addition, we offer you exciting networking opportunities at our event.

Our collaboration with IdeaLab! also allows us to offer you a limited number of combined tickets that entitle you to attend this year's IdeaLab! - WHU Founder's Conference on our campus Vallendar.

We are looking forward to finally welcoming you back to IdeaHack! 2022 and have worked hard to provide you with the best possible event experience.

What is so special about it?

We give you the chance to change the world by building applications that truly matter! You will also have the opportunity to get in touch with our awesome partners, slip into their shoes and solve real-world challenges using their API and expertise.

What will be the challenge?

The broader topic of Ideahack!2022 is all about start-ups! You will get to choose between different challenges by our sponsor Microsoft.

Can I work on my hack before the event?

No. To maintain competition integrity and fairness, all work on your hack must be done during the event. All work done prior to the hackathon will not be taken into consideration when judging your final solution.

Similar to our hackathon, the objective of the student club Business Meets Tech – Tech at WHU is to connect the worlds of tech and business.

Additionally to our hackathon we help with organizing courses at our university to teach business people some things about Web Development and Coding as well as supporting the digitalization of our university with products for a better organization.
